What you can back up is the INSTALLER program - what you downloaded. And it is very important that you DO back this up, because if you lose it you may NEVER be able to remove or upgrade what you installed.
The installer is just a single file, perhaps an EXE file. However, make sure it's around 20 megabytes, not 1 megabyte, as the short one isn't self-contained.
