The program applying the Extended Rights is a central application;
technically spoken a server process, which is why it is called
du jour> Reader Extensions Server.
The licencing model can be quite well adjusted to your requirements,
and the pricing will be accordingly. You might contact your Adobe
_enterprise_ sales rep for a quote, or you go with one of Adobe's Tier
1 partners (for example IndigoPacific).
Hope, this can help.
