When I create one large PDF file using Acrobat 6.0 on Windows XP "Create PDF" "from Multiple files" I get two levels of Bookmarks. The fist level is the Filename but the child is the actual bookmark from the individual PDF file. Is there a way to get just the bookmark from the original file?
