I'm looking for PDF software that has simple mail merge features. Let me describe my situation.

I distribute a monthly newsletter that is sent snail mail bulk rate. I receive the newsletter via email as a PDF file. The newsletter editor will not grant me access to the source document.

I first print 500 copies of this PDF document. I reload those 500 sheets back into the printer paper tray and then print addresses via a mail merge program. The 500 sheets go through the printer twice and paper jams are sometimes a problem on the second pass.

Is there inexpensive PDF software with mail merge features that would allow me to print the addresses on the 500 newsletters with a single pass through the printer?

I'm not a programmer. The software needs to be easy to use like MS Word mail merge.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
