I have created a number of forms (on a small intranet site) which contain simple action buttons

When users fill out forms they are able to press a button which executes the menu item "File>Print" (when this is pressed a copy of the form containing the user's content is printed)

However, have two buttons which are causing my users problems.

The first, when pressed, executes the menu item "File>Save As" (When this is pressed the Save As window appears, the user saves a copy of the completed form, but the saved form is blank when opened)

The second button executes the menu item "File>Email" (When this is pressed the user is informed that their email will be blank when sent.

Help please.

Today, with the PDF losing ground in emerging areas like mobile and eBooks, the calls for its ultimate demise are growing louder.
