Topic: Designer not starting up (Via Email)

I admit that I am not too familiar with the Windows environment, but
for testing the Designer, I am forced to get out the crappy old Vaio
laptop (744 MHz PIII processor, 256 MB RAM), Windows XP, SP1).
Installation of Acrobat 7 went without problem, and Acrobat 7 starts
and looks as if it were working. But when I try starting the forms
designer, I get the very helpful message "Unable to Initialize the
Cooltype Interface"...
Before I start complaining further, I am interested whether this
message makes sense, whether it has to do with the application
(Designer), or with the operating environment. And if there are
workarounds to kick it going...
Thanks in advance.
