Whenever I send a pdf for review Acrobat displays my address book and appears to select the right addresses.
When Outlook receives the message the addresses have been split in two. e.g. John Smith@ISP.com appears as John and smith@ISP.com
Outlook rightly objects to this, as it's obviously a bug, but the only workaround I can see is to ensure that I always have two, or more reviewers (not always the case).
If I then only select the first address in Acrobat, maybe I can add the rest later.
Does anyone have any other ways to fix this, it's really a pain that I can't just paste a list of reviewers.
