Topic: Going to specific location in PDF using ASP

Hi there!!!

This is what we are trying to achieve thru ASP.
Sample ASP/HTML page......
Link1: This opens and displays specific portion of a PDF file1.
Link2: This opens and displays specific portion of a PDF file2.
Link3: This opens and displays specific portion of a PDF file3.

When user clicks on some Link we are trying to open a PDF file and we are trying to go to specific location in that file. i.e. same functionality as window.open(pdf1.pdf#page=3&view=FitH,300). But we can't use window.open() because pdf file we are trying to open is not located on the web server. So we will have to use ASP code to open that PDF and go to specific location on that PDF file. Is there any component which can achieve this? Is it possible to pass those parameters to browser thru ASP? Is it possible to run some kind of javascript which can display specific portion of PDF after PDF opens in a browser window?

We will appreciate any help.

Regards,
Mrunal.
