It is necessary for us to have the possibility to save the document, and not the possibility "save as", that is what I meant.

Sure, I can. We like to create the new form with Acrobat Professional, and we use Javascript for our forms. It is necessary, that the secretaries have Acrobat Standard or does Elements would be enough to work with the forms and Javascript?
