Hello people.
I have a doubt about the way PDF carries out its painting operations.
I want to know the scope of the stroking and non-stroking color
operators (within BT/ET and q/Q)

1.) Should the color assigned in the graphics state be carried forward to
the Text state?
Example -
1 0 0 rg GRAPHICS STATE
..........re
..........m
...........l
BT
...... - SHOULD THE COLOR FROM THE ABOVE GRAPHICS STATE BE
IMPLIED HERE OR THE COLOR SHOULD BE SET TO BLACK
ET

2.) Should the color assigned in the Text state be carried forward to the
Graphics state?
Example -
BT
0 1 0 rg TEXT STATE COLOR SET
.......
ET TEXT STATE ENDS
............re GRAPHICS STATE - SHOULD COLOR FROM THE TEXT
STATE BE APPLIED HERE

3.) With every start of BT does PDF consider the default color to be black
unless specified after BT encountered?
