Topic: Bookmark Table Of Contents Not Refreshing Properly

I have created a Table Of Contents Document using Bookmarks that links to many other PDF files, however when I return to the main menu in the Table Of Contents document, the Table of Contents made up of Bookmarks does not refresh properly.

Please help if you have any tips or suggestions.
