Hi,

I have a HTML web form and once it is submitted, I would like to put those data in a ready-made PDF template so that the users can print the documents out on the web.

For example, lets say that the HTML form has following fields: (1) name, (2) address and (3) ph number. Once the user has filled that form and submitted, I would like merge those data with the following PDF template:

"The name of the person who has submitted the form is: '________' and his/her address is '________'. Please contact if you have any questions about the development process. His/Her phone number is '_______'. "

I can put the textfields for those blank areas but it doesn't look good. I don't want the blank areas look like a textfield once it is merged with the data submitted by the user.

Is there any other way?

Thomas
