I am really new to this so please be nice. I am the Training Manager of a company that uses Independent Contractors to conduct our training for us.
The process begins by the trainer requesting a contract for services "to be" rendered.
We process the contract request and create a PDF file from a Word document that contains a signature line for the trainer. This is our contract that states that they will preform these services for $x amount and for X client.
Once the training is over, they must submit back to us the signed contract as well as a review form of how the training went.
My question is how can we change this to make the process web-based and easier for the independent contractor?
