For the past month or so I've been comparing the evaluation copies of Acrobat and Jaws (PDF Creator). I must say that the results I get from Jaws are much better than those from Acrobat!!

The only problem with Jaws is that my evaluation copy doesn't seem to support backgrounds or watermarks. The web site for Jaws PDF Creator says that watermarks are supported via a plug-in but it doesn't give any further details. I've tried emailing Jaws (several times) to find out what the plug-in is called but they just ignore my enquiries. I have 2 questions....

1) Does anyone know what this plug-in is called and where I can obtain it?

2) Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with Jaws customer support? My enquiries get an acknowledgement but no actual response. I've also emailed them previously about other issues and got nowhere either :-(
