Dear users,

every time I try to create a new document over the scanner, I get the following error message:

General failure in response to DAT_PENDINGXFER. DG DAT MSG is out of expected sequence.

Clicking "OK" to that gives me the following...

General failure in response to MSG_DISABLEDS. DS DAT MSG is out of expected sequence.

There is an entry by a user experiencing the same problem in 2003, unfortunately this person asked for a reply via e-mail, which does not really helps knowledge sharing ......

Please help!
