Topic: Link Destinations near end of page don't work

I am having trouble with setting link destinations that are near the end of a page within a pdf document. I seems that when I click on a link to a destination that is in the bottom 1/4 of a page, it goes to the beginning of the next page. I have tried deleting and resetting these destinations to no avail, still taking me to the next page when I click the link. Is there something I am doing wrong? Please Help!
