I was wondering if anyone out there has created an interactive pdf quiz using document-level javascript?

Is it possible to modify an existing pdf & make it interactive??

I'm very new to Acrobat 6.0 pro & javascript... so far, all of my quizzes have been created in MS Word, I can then convert them to PDF's & once in Acrobat 6.0 pro I can play around with the form tools to make check-box groups... and that's it! From there, I'm at a loss. I would like to create a document-level javascript that can process the quiz, but I don't know how to write the code. If anyone has done this, would you please let me view your javascript source??

Overall, it would be nice to have several multiple-choice questions and a box at the end of the page that will show the score once the quiz is finished.

I greatly appreciate any information provided. Thanks for your time!

P.S: An example of the look I'm going for can be found on the top of page 7 here:

... you must first click on "Begin Quiz" near the bottom of page 6.

I'd like to add this type of interaction to an existing pdf.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
