Topic: Text Boxes, Images Missing from Word .doc

I am running MS2000 Pro, Office 2000, Acrobat 6.0 Pro.
I am trying to convert a Word document for our church.
The document uses text boxes and images, no bookmarks or hyperlinks.

If I try to convert the .doc or even open it with Acrobat 6.0 the text boxes and the images disappear.
I have tried going into settings and tried checking various Word settings but cant seem to get the text boxes and images to remain after the file is either opened or converted.
I have tried to find the answer in the forum posts prior to posting.

Thanks for the help.
Frank
