Working on Mac OS X 10.3 and Acrobate Proff. 6.0
I am attempting to put together a multiple page pdf of a catalog which
has a order Form pdf as one of its pages. This order form pdf .. I
have made it so that the user can fill in the fields and print but
would like it also to be possible to have the user SUBMIT the
completed form to me by e-mail. Can not seem to make the computer
open up the order form in a email ?????
Using Garrick Chow's Book H.O.T. hands-on Training for Acrobat 6 ...
page 311 says: Sending Form Data over the Web ...... to save user
having to print and mail or fax .... receiving and processing a form
over the Web usually requires CGI script or some form data handler,
ALTHOUGH THERE IS AN OPTION TO JUST HAVE THE COMPLETED FORM EMAILED TO
YOU . That is what I want done , But the book does not say how that
is to be done??????
Would appreciate any help ..... new to pdf constructing
Thank you, Deborah Galloway lateralladybug@mac.com
