I want to get the Quadpoints(Bounding Rectangle) of each word in PDF page. For this I have decoded the encrypted Text and obtained Tagged Text Objects, like the one shown below.

The tagged text shown above represent the text "Diabetes Mellitus in Older adults" . Now my objective is to obtain the Quadpoints of each word of this text. How can I accomplish this.
I want to do this without using Adobe APIs
