Looking to create and automate the creation of PDFs. Would like to know the various ways to asset tag them. Find out if it would be advantageous for us to convert PDFs to XML for search capabilities and to repurpose elements of the document; keeping in mine that we are a periodical publisher. I would also like to know what the levels of edibility are for the latest formats of PDF, and what those formats are. Can you edit color to reprint a PDF or can you pull out an image and change it then re insert it. For the automation we need to create single PDF file and individual pages from quark in a screen and print format.
