Topic: Batch processing .pdf to .fdf

I have a similar problem. I want to update a new form with a few new fields. Is there any easy way to batch export to a FDF and then re-import the FDF into the new form?
I assumed the batch features in adobe professional could have handled this project. But it seems that I am wrong, and can't figure out a solution that costs less than $300.
(This was suppose to be a small quick project).
I appreciate any feedback
