I want to print the attached spreadsheet into one pdf. What happens when I set the printer to AdobePDF or a postscript printer is it only prints one page at a time and then asks me for file name thereby creating several pdfs. I just want one pdf. Is there a setting in distiller that I'm missing so that it will create one pdf for all reports. The spreadsheet will print to a printer as all one report. The macro in the spreadsheet (I didn't create the spreadsheet and I don't know how the macros work) runs a loop and then gathers the information to plug into the charts then it goes to the next and so and so. I removed names and numbers but it will still run. Any help will be appreciated.
