I attempted to upgrade the public computer systems at our library to
Adobe Reader 7.0. The problem is when the public attempts to open a pdf
document they receive an error message stating "An Internal Error
Occurred" then the system freezes up. I noticed on other computer
systems there is an attempt to link with Outlook, just prior to the
prompt regarding the End User License Agreement. After accepting the
EULA, the reader works fine as long as the user has an Outlook account.
The public computers do not have an Outlook Account set up on them, and
I am wondering if this is where the hang up is........any help would be
much appreciated.

Thanks,
