Hi, i'm new here...

So my problem is:
I have a 285 pages DIN-A4 PDF file and want to print a DIN-A5 Booklet of it. (That is: two pages on one side). With Adobe Reader 7 you can print two pages on one, i know, but then the pageorder is wrong if you print duplex, flip on short edge and then cut them in the middle to bind it as a book. I have to rearrange the pages: the original order is 1234 (of course ;-) so if i print duplex i get pages 1 and 2 on one side of the DIN-A4 paper and 3 and 4 on the other. If i cut them in the middle i get page 1 on side 1 of the first resulting DIN-A5 paper and side 4 on the other (and 2/3 on the other paper)... What i need is 4123 ([41]on one side, [23]on the other) so if i cut them in the middle i get a DIN-A5 sheet with side 1 on side 1 and side 2 on side 2 of the resulting DIN-A5 paper.

I have Adobe Reader 7 and Adobe Acrobat Professional 6 and don't want to spend more money...

Do you see a solution for my problem?

I hope you understand the problem and please excuse my bad english...

Thanks in advance

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
