Hi,

I am exploring xpdf to extract the text from pdf files to plain .txt files.

If I use to pdftotext function for a single file everything goes great.

But now I want to convert an entire directory, so I wrote a loop to get all the files and send the filepaths to the pdftotext function.

What happens ? Only the a part of the pdf file is being extracted.

Anybody who knows why ??

I think it's because of xpdf works multithreaded, but I've deleted everything that mentioned multithreaded and still the same problem

So let me repeat: single file process runs fine (no matter the size of the file)

but when I loop a directory only a part of the file is being extracted

Anyone who can help ??
