Question from a novice with pdf ! I need to know the best way to make pdf documents into fillable pdf documents. Typically my legal forms are available for download off the internet in pdf or I have a paper form that I need to scan into pdf. After I have the pdf file, I need to convet that into a fillable pdf document that I can print, email and reuse for a later day. Example: I download a bankruptcy court form or a tax form usually in pdf and need to make fillable and save as pdf and print hard copy for file. Most courts require pdf format for submission.

What is the best and most economical way to do this ?
What software ? I don't have need for the features that are available in software like Adoble 7.0 Pro. I am a one man operation.

Thanks for any suggestions.
