I receive PDF files from an outside source who uses Quark 6.5. Recently, the PDF files I receive have been presenting the error ...

"Array Length is Out of Range".

I found a link on the Adobe Knowledgebase which references Quark 5.

Does anyone know of a solution or work around. My PDF files are posted to the web and I can't except a customer to understand that the PDF is OK, it just has the hicupps!
