I have consistently had problems with letter kerning and word spacing around words that are italicized, particularly with full justification (left and right) turned on. Creating the pdf results in overwriting (usually) or sometimes extra large gaps. Printing from the native document is fine, though.

Any suggestions to overcome this frustration?
