Topic: PrintPagesSilent only works in Acrobat 6 and not in Acrobat 7

Hello All,

I'm having an issue with the following code & Acrobat 7. This code takes a stored pdf path from a database and prints it to the default printer. It works in Acrobat 6, but in Acrobat 7 it does not print or error out. It doesn't even look like it gets put on the printer queue. Any ideas??? Has anyone else seen this type of issue w/Acrobat 7? I even have the same problems when I use PrintPages instead of PrintPagesSilent.

Dim acrobatPageCount As Integer
Dim AcrobatExch As Object
Dim AcrobatAvDoc As Object
Dim AcrobatPDDoc As Object
Set AcrobatExch = CreateObject("AcroExch.App")
Set AcrobatAvDoc = CreateObject("AcroExch.AVDoc")
Set AcrobatPDDoc = CreateObject("AcroExch.PDDoc")

FileToPrint = "...File Path"

'open file to print
AcrobatAvDoc.Open FileToPrint, ""
'set object to the pdfdoc
Set AcrobatPDDoc = AcrobatAvDoc.GetPDDoc
acrobatPageCount = AcrobatPDDoc.GetNumPages - 1

AcrobatAvDoc.PrintPagesSilent 0, acrobatPageCount, 1, 0, 0
AcrobatAvDoc.Close (True)
