Topic: Outlook hangs when trying to save a pdf file

Running office 2003.
When i receive a .pdf file in outlook, outlook hangs.
I open the mail and right click on the received file, choose desktop, rename the file and when i click save then it hangs.

I can drag the file to the desktop, but that's not what i want because i get a lot of them and want rename them right away.

Any help would be appreciated!
