Hello . . . I'm not sure where to ask this, so I figure that means I'm a beginner!
I am currently running the Intranet for a state government agency, and several department heads are seeking an easier, more efficient way to submit forms . . . My main boss has said that he would like to be able to do the following:
1) Have the user fill out the form online;
2) Once submitted, the form info will be placed in a printable PDF form, and attached in an email to the primary recipient;
3) The recipient can then save the email, and download and print the attachment, providing them with both a hard copy and computer backup.
4) The subject line and body of the email would be the same, providing the recipient with the key information they need (form #, name, etc.) in order to file the page quickly and easily.
I have been advised to look for software that can accomplish the task, but I sense that I can do all of this in Acrobat . . . Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
