Topic: Tutorials for Creating Plugins

Hello all:
I can fight it no longer - I need to develop a plugin for Acrobat 7.0, but the problem is that I have no idea where to start. I do not have any of the Acrobat 7 SDK stuff on my machine, but I do have Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003, which, from what I've been reading, can be used...

Does anyone have any suggestions/links to places that might have some helpful tutorials for the village idiot who wants to make .api files using Visual Studio (I'm assuming that I could use visual basic or c++ code ~ I'm comfortable either way). Even if it's simple, basic, hold-you-by-the-hand kindergarten style - any help would be great at this point..

Thanks-
sonic
