Is commenting (via webdav) supported in Version 6/6.01/6.02/6.03?

It worked fine in Version 5, perfect in Version 7, but seems to be disabled in version 6. Is there a magic patch or setting to enable commenting on PDFs (Mac) in ACrobat 6?
