A user at my workplace has a problem converting word documents in Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard. Once the document is selected to convert it opens the document in word then closes it and then nothing happens. I fixed the problem twice already by removing the users profile and creating a new profile on the computer but the problem keeps occuring after a month!! The user has no problem printing to pdf in word! Could it be something the user is doing or is it a network conflict?? Your help is very appreciated.
