I'm unable to use the index generated in Acrobat 4.0 (Catalog) in higher versions of Acrobat Reader i.e. Reader 6.0 & Reader 7.0

I've also created index in Windows 2000 but facing same problem while using the same index in Mac.

There is one more & quite an unexpected result i.e. the index generated in Mac version 9.X (Acrobat 4.0 & Acrobat 5.0) is not running in version 10.2.X & above (Acrobat 6.0 & above).

Give me some solution to solve this problem I'm in a big trouble.
