Topic: Can't use ColumbusBoldItalic in pdf?

Greetings-I'm stumped! I'm creating a pdf from a Quark doc but two particular italic typefaces are always replaced with Courier. All other italic typefaces in other font families pdf just fine. The font is ColumbusMT Italic and BoldItalic.
I've used Font Doctor to check the font and FontAgent Pro accepts it(doesn't toss it out as corrupt). Yet it won't show up on the pdf. If I use the same font in Word & print to pdf, the font embeds and appears without a hitch.

My system is OS X 10.2.8, using Quark 5 in Classic mode, Acrobat Distiller 5.
Any ideas will be welcome. Thanks

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
