I am having some difficulty converting an existing PDF document to screen reader accessible format.

Each time I do - headers appear to be missing once the document is converted.

When I run an acessibility check it tells me I have 'characters with no reliable mapping to Unicode'.

The software I am i using is Acrobat Professional 6 and Distiller 6.0.

What can I do?
