Since Adobe doesn't see fit to devote some resources to bring PDFMaker functionality in Office 2004, has anyone found any ways to duplicate the "Convert to PDF and Send for Review" functionality available on Windows? Possibly via ApplsScript (or JavaScript)? I know it's just one additional step, but when you author enough PDF files, it can be handy.

Alos, is the PDFMaker functionality an open API? I read that FileMaker 8 will have a "PDFMaker" (though I don't know if they meant using Adobe's engine or Quartz). I would love to see the capability extended to other applications, such as Pages, OmniGraffle, and others.
