I just found this forum and am hoping that someone here can help me. I'm not sure exactly what category my problem falls into, but since I'm definitely a beginner, I figured I'd stick it here.

I work for a small-ish woodworking company where I'm in charge of web design, imaging, and generally all of our marketting materials. We're trying to get our catalog together, and we're trying something new and doing it entirely as a pdf. The original images come from CAD drawings.

However, I have no clue what I'm doing when it comes to PDF's and it seems that no one else in the company does either. We have an existing (out of date) pdf catalog that was used previously for internet only, but the company has changed hands since it was created and now we have no idea how it was created.

Here is a link to the outdated catalog:

If anyone has ANY suggestions, links to references, software recommendations, whatever, they would be greatly appreciated. Or if there are agencies that can do this sort of project on contract that would work too.

Thanks so much.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
