Topic: Path elements with Rect coordinates

Can someone help me out here? I have some code that is trying to find bounded regions on a form layout. I was originally using PDEElementGetBBox, but found that it was apparently revealing detail that was not visible on the form. Even when I added code to ignore elements that were not visible I was getting the same result. I then discovered that in some cases the Path would contain multiple visible structures (such as 4 check box type rects). I bit the bullet and started to examine the data of the path elements and now everything is almost correct except that, whenever the path contains a rect (as opposed to lineTo), the coordinates do not match the visible lines on the form (LineTos match perfectly). I tried PDEElementGetMatrix and ASFixedMatrixConcat and also ASFixedMatrixTransform but that made no difference. The recvtangles appear to be translated, some even have negative coordinates. What am I missing?

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
