Hello,

I have a problem and can not figure this out. Whenever a user prints a PDF, it prints to the wrong tray. I have checked this individual's printer's device settings and everything looks fine. I uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the print drivers. Still selects the wrong tray. I was wondering if there is a print setting in Adobe that I am unaware of.
