Does anybody know, how AcroForm 7 computes Lineheights?
It is 1.2 * FontSize between two lines with same FontSizes, but it differs if the next line has different font size or font type
For most Fonts it is about:
FontSize(lastLine) = A
FontSize(thisLine) = B
(B-A) * 0.8 + 1.2 * A
but 0.8 is not exact, it differs from font to font, it has something to do with FontDescent, but I cant figure out how to calculate it properly.
Also, some fonts seem to be broken in Acrobat 7...
