Hello, any help appreciated in advance.

I have a form that has 4 distinct, yet related areas. All are drop-down fields. These areas are labeles as:

Problem Area 1
Problem Area 2
Problem Area 3
Problem area 4

Each problem area has its own definitions area (again drop-down menu), long-term goals area (drop-down), and Short-term objectives area (drop down, again).

Each problem areas has its own multiple difinitions, long-term goals, and short-term objectives.

What I am looking for is the following:

I need to set up the form so that when a problem definition is chosen (e.g. problem area 1) then the associated definitions, long-term goals, and short-term objectives for that particular problem area are activated in their respective areas. How?
