I hope someone can help.

I have a Word 2000 document which has a Contents page. Each entry on the page points to a bookmark elsewhere in the doc. When I do a pdf conversion (Acrobat 7) 1 of the bookmarks (link 6) does not convert as a link; just get the hand icon rather than pointer.

Then all subsequent links from 7 onwards are out by one ie Bookmark 7 points to 8 etc.

I should point out all of the links work when used within MS WORD.
