Topic: Acrobat 6 and problems with Destinations

I created a catalog in Acrobat 5, using destinations to link, product in the main document to prices in a second (target) document. Upgraded to Acrobat 6, now when I hit the link with just the main document open, I go to the second document, but just the first page opens. If I have both open at the same time, then the link goes to the correct page of the destination set. Can anyone help me with the problem.
