I'm using Acrobat 6.0 and Word 2003. I've got a Word document that has page numbers in the footer at the beginning of chapters (sections) and page numbers in the header on all other pages. These page numbers are disappearing when I convert my Word document to a PDF. Any clue why and how to fix this?
