Since I am getting raster bitmaps for characters, I am using Type3 fonts

The width of characters when shown in Acrobat reader 7.0 are roughly two
times the width I specifed in widths array.
For example Cosnider the character D.
For D, the logical name given in CharProcs is LD020000.
And in the Encoding dictionary LD020000 is assinged the code point is
196 .
And in the width array the width value is 1440 milli points which 14.4
But when the PDF is viewed in Acrobat 7.0 width of the "D" is 24 points
which more than 14.4 point.
Could you please tell me why it is happening.

I am working on this, I will add unicode table (but I want to solve
the width problem before that)
Thank you very much for your information and time

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
