Acrobat 6.0
Word 2003

1) When I convert the attached word document to a pdf, the text is the only portion that comes over... no pictures. Any ideas why the Logo (top) and Ray (bottom) do not convert?

2) When an associate of mine attempts to convert and views the file with adobe reader... it works... except a big red line appears down the right side of the bottom ray.

What is going on? Is this a Word setting or Adobe? I recently updated... could it be an update issue?

I have tried converting directly from Adobe, and I have tried the toolbar conversion and I have tried the print driver... nothing works.

Thanks for your help!
