Topic: Slide Show Presentation Question

I recently created a slide show presentation from a number of .gif files using Adobe PhotoShop Elements 2.0. PhotoShop then converts the files to jpeg format (I believe) and then saves to PDF format. When I open the PDF file inside Acrobat 6 Pro, the slide show presentation begins with a 10 second time delay between pages (screen shots). When viewing the presentation, one can conveniently use the left/right arrow keys or click the left/right mouse button to move back/forward through the pages that comprise the slide show. The escape key is then used to end the slide show presentation. However, once the slide show presentation is ended using Esc key, there is really nothing readily apparent to restart the slide show presentaion inside the viewer apart from closing then reopening the PDF file inside my viewer. While I'm privy to using JS, I don't want to reinvent the wheel so to speak. So, I'm wondering if there is a built-in feature I'm missing that will allow me to restart the slide show presentation inside the viewer or do I need to do something else to get this to work? Thank you ahead of time.

For example, those document restrictions that PDF files sometimes have -- no Printing, Content Copying, Page Extraction, etc -- are essentially useless unless the PDF also has a User Password.
